Romelu Lukaku’s agent, Mino Raiola, insists Everton have promised the striker can leave this summer if certain clubs make a suitable offer.
He has been heavily linked with a move away from Goodison Park after scoring 26 goals in all competitions last season but refused to sign a new contract as he hopes to play Champions League football.
The Belgian has attracted interest from Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus as he looks to build to himself as a player at one of the best teams around the world.
Speaking about his client, Raiola claims he could leave before the end of the summer window.
“Lukaku had a promise that if certain clubs came this summer that he could leave this summer,” Raiola said.
“We are not in concrete talks with anybody at this moment, but hearing the market I think some clubs will contact Everton
“If the price is right for Everton and the project is right for Lukaku then I think he will want to make another step, but we are not there yet.”
Raiola claimed earlier in the season that Lukaku was 99.9 per cent close to completion on a new deal, but it seems like his future will lay elsewhere.
He’s an incredible talent and is Premier League proven and if Man United are interested in buying him then it’d be a massive deal with Zlatan Ibrahimovic sidelined.
