Roma president James Pallotta names conditions for Radja Nainggolan to join Man United

Roma president, James Pallotta, has named the two conditions Radja Nainggolan would make a move to Manchester United this summer.

The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, especially with Jose Mourinho on the lookout for a world-class midfielder.

Mourinho would need to spend around £40m for his services for a player who has continuously proven himself to be one of the complete midfielders in the modern game.

Speaking about a potential move, Pallotta outlined two conditions for the sale.

“First is Financial Fair Play, and in this case we’d be forced to sell in order to meet corporate parameters. Second is related to a player’s value. We could sell to buy potentially better players. Therefore, Monchi is doing a great job,” he said.

It may be bad news for Ed Woodward, but he has left the door open for a potential transfer, by basically saying that each of his players has a price on their head.

United have already held talks about a potential deal earlier in the year, but with Mourinho desperately looking for alternatives, with summer moves for Matic and Dier not working out, he could be forced into making a decision soon.
