Manchester United target Renato Sanches has confirmed he could leave Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window as he looks for more game time.
Bayern boss Carlo Ancelotti previously revealed the possibility of Sanches leaving, claiming a loan move could be appropriate as Sanches hopes to pick up more minutes.
He has endured a tough debut campaign in the Bundesliga and could be on the move this summer as he hopes to get his career back on the right track.
Speaking about a potential move, Sanches hopes to resolve the situation soon.
“I would like to play more,” he said. “That’s why I would like to join a club where I could get more playing time.
Renato Sanches: “Milan? It’s an interesting option. If the opportunity arises and the clubs agree a deal, I would like to go there.”
“I’m on the China tour with Bayern now, but after we return I hope we find a solution. I’m young, I want to play a lot.”
Mourinho has been a long-time admirer of Sanches, claiming he would have been in for him if he had arrived earlier on last summer.
It seems like he could finally land his target and with summer signings hard to come by, a surprising move may go through.
