Anthony Martial‘s cousin insists there is no possibility of the Manchester United forward leaving for another club this summer.
The 21-year-old enjoyed an impressive pre-season and came on as a late substitute against West Ham in the opening game of the new Premier League season, picking up a well-deserved goal.
Man United rejected an offer from Tottenham Hotspur for his services and Inter Milan were focus on trying to sign him, especially if the Old Trafford club wanted to complete a deal for Ivan Perisic.
However, speaking about the situation, Martial’s cousin Jema, posted an updated on Twitter before it was quickly deleted.
He wrote: “For Manchester United, Anthony’s departure is not a possibility, even on loan. They rely on him.”
Martial is settled in at Old Trafford and although he has struggled with form at times there’s no chance he’ll be allowed to leave.
He has a big future ahead at United and once he begins to find his feet under Jose Mourinho, has the ability to become a top player, as we saw from his debut season in England.
Louis van Gaal confirmed the signing of Martial was for the next manager in charge and that’s because once he finds consistency in his game, he’ll be unstoppable.
