Manchester United have received an enquiry from Monaco over the availability of Anthony Martial this summer, according to French journalist Loic Tanzi.

Martial has enjoyed an impressive start to the new Premier League season, registering two assists and goals in around 25 minutes of playing time against West Ham United and Swansea City.

His future has been uncertain this summer, however, Man United have done all they can to keep hold of his services, denying a move to Inter Milan on loan to help wrap up a deal for Ivan Perisic, also fighting off interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

It seems now Monaco are also willing to make him an offer as RMC and SFR reporter Tanzi revealed: “Monaco have enquired about Diego Costa, A. Martial and Alexis Sanchez.

Monaco may be preparing for the loss of teen sensation Kylian Mbappe, however, they will be looking to hold onto as many players as they can.

Martial will be hoping to continue his fine form and will be looking for a starting role as United play host to Leicester on Saturday.

His performances have warranted more game time and it remains to be seen how Mourinho will rotate a squad of players all performing to the best of their abilities.
