Manchester United fans were happy to see another academy product make it into the first team in the form of bright, young talent Angel Gomes.
The talented 17 year old only featured for five minutes having come on at the latter stages of the match but did enough to impress the supporters.
Gomes, who is a versatile attacker, almost scored within moments of coming onto the pitch as he replaced Marcus Rashford to play on the left wing.
Pacy but also capable of great dribbling and finishing, the Englishman earned a place for himself on the bench for the FA Cup tie vs Yeovil.
United ran out 4-0 winners but fans were perhaps just as pleased to see another one of their own youngsters come on to the pitch and perform without any pressure.
Angel Gomes looks like Raheem Sterling with brain.

The Red Devils’ staff clearly rate him but more importantly than anything, Jose Mourinho also sees a potential future star in him.
His versatility will surely come in handy for him and what better group of players to learn from than the aforementioned bunch?
Marcus and Martial are proof that their manager is happy to play youngsters should they perform whilst Lingard is another academy player who’ll surely inspire Angel Gomes.
Whilst this is the first step of many, many steps to him becoming a regular first teamer, it’s good to see him take it confidently.
