Hector Bellerin’s agent insists no contact has come from Man United despite rumours

Rumoured Manchester United target Hector Bellerin has received no contact from any clubs yet, according to his agent.

Bellerin’s representative insisted that his client is happy with life at Arsenal in London, but could be tempted by an offer from Italian clubs.

Man United have been linked with a move for Bellerin occasionally, but not particularly heavily.

Albert Botines told Radio CRC that “there’s no contact for Bellerin, no-one has sought me out.
“He’s happy, he’s recently renewed and he’s playing consistently. It’s true that every player always wants to grow, but right now it’s difficult [to see him leaving].”

Jose Mourinho is likely looking for a long-term replacement for Antonio Valencia, one of the most senior players at Old Trafford now after the recent departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Valencia often captains United on matchdays, but is a converted winger and reaching the latter stages of his career.
“If the Azzurri were interested in some of my clients I would listen, because – just like Juventus – Napoli are not only a great team in Italy but also now in Europe,” Bellerin’s agent continued, not mentioning United.
The Spaniard has been linked with an Arsenal exit frequently, having received abuse from his own supporters.

United’s Premier League rivals believe they can demand as much as £50m for the right-back.
