Manchester United fans were definitely disappointed with the team’s performance vs Wolves after sharing the spoils at Old Trafford.
The match appeared to be going in favour of Jose Mourinho’s men after Fred scored his first goal for his new club in the first half.
United’s lead was lost in the second half however and they failed to kick on to grab the winner.
Fans began to get frustrated when it appeared as though their team’s only plan to break down Wolves was to hoof the ball forward and hope for the best.
It’s been a criticism of Mourinho’s since he arrived at the club and unfortunately it appears to be one that will continue.
Long ball tactics for 30 mins chasing a game, Mourinho back to his ugly old ways. Don’t think McKenna-Carrick could ever impact Fellaini hoofball under Mourinho’s tenure. #mufc

FT. A draw that feels like a defeat for #mufc. Were never serious challengers for the league but now they're eight points off top in mid-September.

Wolves deserved that and perhaps more. We Didn't create enough and way too reliant on Pogba today. Lukaku so poor and Sanchez similar.

The Red Devils will certainly need a better back-up plan for when things go wrong for them as the route one method has hardly ever paid off.
What annoys supporters even further is how early their players turn to that style of football with Jose’s men employing it as early as 15 minutes before the full-time whistle.
There was enough time there to build some real pressure and force Wolves out of their comfort zone instead but now Manchester United are forced into settling for the point.
