David de Gea and Paul Pogba to depart if season ends poorly

Manchester United stars David de Gea and Paul Pogba are reportedly set to depart if the current season ends poorly.

Jose Mourinho’s third season in charge has been a miserable one that has only recently been rescued by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Norwegian was brought in to replace the Portuguese but even his fantastic work might not save United entirely.

The race for the top four qualifying spots for the Champions League has seriously heated up with just three points separating sixth from third.

With Manchester City and Liverpool all but secured in the top two spots, that leaves four other clubs fighting for the remaining two spots.

According to Sports Mole, The Times report De Gea and Pogba will push for moves abroad if the Red Devils don’t secure Champions League football for the next season.

The pair are known for their desire to win Europe’s elite competition so it’s no surprise they will jump ship otherwise.

David has proven his loyalty time and time again so fans wouldn’t be too upset with him for leaving other than for losing a quality player.

Paul meanwhile has constantly flirted with a transfer away meaning supporters are likely to be furious with his antics.
