Manchester United told how much they need to sign Bruno Fernandes: report

Manchester United have reportedly been told how much they would need to part with in order to convince Sporting Lisbon to sell their star Bruno Fernandes.

The Portuguese footballer is said to have garnered the interest of many top European clubs with his performances for his side this season.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is believed to be looking for an attacking midfielder as he attempts to overhaul his squad this summer.

Fernandes has grabbed 19 goals and 13 assists in the Premiera Liga, proving that he’s more than just the typical playmaker.

United’s lack of end product from midfield other than Paul Pogba has likely convinced with Solskjaer to search for alternatives.

According to Sport Witness, Record report that Sporting have said they won’t sell Bruno for less than €70m, taking advantage of the interest in him from the Red Devils and elsewhere.

Pogba himself could end up potentially leaving which would mean the need for the 24 year old would become even greater.

Statistically speaking Fernandes would be a good replacement for the Frenchman and would likely cost half of what Manchester United would be getting.

Either way, Ole still has to fight off interest from the likes of Bayern Munich and Manchester City if reports are to be trusted.
