Marcus Rashford has been showing off his keepy uppy skills as part of the #SockSkillsChallenge run by Premier League sponsors Coca Cola.
The United and England star was filmed performing the feat with a pair of Christmas socks in front of the Christmas tree and joined Harry Kane and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in kicking off the challenge.
The idea is that fans post videos of their most creative footballing sock skills, tagging @CocaCola_GB on Twitter and @CocaColaEU on Instagram, and including the hashtag #SockSkillsChallenge, with the winner getting to keep the Premier League trophy in their home for a few days.
‘Having seen Harry and Ox’s efforts, I can safely say they won’t be in the running for winning any of the Christmas gifts on offer,’ Rashford joked.
‘We’re looking for festive, fun and creative entries, I’m looking forward to seeing what fans can come up with.’
Rashford will also be making an appearance at tonight’s BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards ceremony in Salford.
The United man is set to be given a special award by the BBC to honour his phenomenal contribution to charitable causes this year, which also earned him an MBE in the Queen’s birthday honours.
