The first photograph of Amad Diallo wearing a Manchester United shirt has emerged online.
Diallo was finally announced as a United player yesterday after the paperwork was finally completed that will allow him to be registered to play in England. He completes a €25 million move from Italian side Atalanta that could rise to €40 million with add-ons and performance-related bonuses.

The Ivorian will be well-taken care of at Old Trafford by his compatriot Eric Bailly, who has been speaking about him in the matchday programme United Review (reproduced on the club’s official website, ManUtd.com):
‘I know Amad,’ Bailly said.
‘I speak with him. He’s a young player with good talents but we know it is important to keep calm with any new guys. I think he will do well but it’s important to keep calm with him.
‘I am ready to help him. I’m ready to help every player. That, for me, is very important. When I came to this team, I had players with big experience. I remember Rooney, Ibra, Antonio Valencia. Players like this helped me when I came. So when young players come, it’s very important to help these guys.
‘He’s a top man. I speak with him and speak with the family. Now the guy is very happy to sign for Manchester United. Everybody waits for him and that’s it.’
